Trovato in u mercatino assieme a resti di rottami di biciclette.
Deduco dalla scanalatura con 4 fori per il fissaggio ad un tubolare.
Dal tipo di cerniera e dal fondo di vernice potrebbe essere tedesco ma non sono presenti n'é marchi n'è punzonature... ancora da pulire !

Potrebbe essere tedesco ma civile. Loro punzonavano tutto. Oppure preda bellica.
