A brass Mannlicher clip used with captured Austro-Hungarian rifles. Does anyone know where and when these were made and where they were used?

Were they only used by colonial troops or were thy used in Italy also?

I can give You some info about the maker.
It was La Precisa di Teano near Caserta.

It still exist and the address is:
