Goodmorning everybody,
I don't know if I'm on the correct page but I didn't found another place !
A team of historicals have found remnants of an old gun.
Research and testimonials revealed that this gun was on place, in the field where it was recovered, from 1918 to 2002 !
Apparently, it explode on this place, killing all the crew ! Is this true or fake, nobody know !
The remnants let see that effectively, the cannon exploded at the level of the chamber. Two possibilities, effectively a fire accident or a destroying of the gun by the crew.
But, that's not our problem ! I will identify the type of gun. With the help of the pictures, I think it's a 15 cm sFH 13. Can someone confirm or give a correct identification of it ?
Thanks to all for helping
Daniel

Comparing photos with project designs would seem to be it.

Effectively, I receive another confirm that it's a 15cm Lg sFH 13 or L/17. The "normal" sFH 13 is only L/14.
Thanks again for answers !
